Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born October 4, 1979 is an American actress. She was a part of the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) and Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice, as well as Robot Chicken's voice and She's All That (1999), respectively. The series was launched with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both comedians as well as a social worker. She is of part-Italian descent. Cook has made her public service announcement while in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model when she was 10 years old and was featured on national commercials for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
